Where do we check in?
A. At 3100 Padre Blvd. at the intersection
of Kingfish in the Coldwell Banker Real Estate Building.

What time is check-in and check-out?
A. Check-in time is any time after 4:00
PM on your day of arrival and check-out time is any
time before 10:30 AM on the day of departure. Our front
desk is open 24 hours a day to serve your needs.
Q.
If I cancel do I get my advance deposit refunded?
A. Most advance payments are refundable
less a $30.00 administrative fee if you cancel your
reservations prior to 22 days of your arrival date.
Payments on reservations cancelled within 22 days of
arrival are not refundable for any reason including
but not limited to death or illness. Payments made for
monthly rentals and student spring break reservations
are not refundable at any time.
Q.
Can anyone rent a condo from you?
A. We rent to family groups only. However,
some Properties will allow un chaperoned students, assuming
prior arrangements have been made.
Q.
How many people can stay in a condo?
A. Due to zoning, insurance regulations
and the rules imposed by the condominium home owners
associations at the condos that we rent, the maximum
number of people (adults and children) that we can allow
per condo is as follows: Efficiency = 4; 1 bedroom =
4, 2 bedroom = 6, and 3 bedrooms allow a maximum of
8. Any exception must be noted in writing from
Padre Island Rentals Management. Several times we have
been put in the unfortunate position of having to request
that a guest vacate the condominium without a refund
due to exceeding these occupancy limits.
Q. Can I use the condominium
for weddings, family reunion etc.?
A. The accommodations your renting and it's facilities
are for for the use of registered guest ONLY and can
not be used for parties, dinners, family reunions or
other gathering that would exceed occupancy limits.
Q.
Can I reserve a particular condominium?
A. If in the past you have stayed in a
room that you particularly enjoyed, we will be happy
to request that room for you again; however, should
that Property become unavailable due to circumstances beyond
our control, we reserve the right to relocate your reservation
to a comparable accommodation. We will, of course, make
every effort to notify you of the change in advance.
Q.
How are the Properties equipped - what should I bring?
A. All of our condos have fully furnished
kitchen, dining and living areas. Dishes, cooking utensils,
etc. are provided by the owner of each individual condominium.
Bath towels and linens are also provided and there is
a free daily towel exchange at our central office. Daily
towel delivery can be arranged on arrival at our front
desk for $7.00 + tax(13%) per delivery or $45.00 + tax(13%)
per week. The condominiums are supplied with start up
bathroom tissue and bath soap, once those supplies are
depleted you will need to provide your own. You may
also wish to bring beach towels, groceries, soaps and
paper products.
Q.
What do I do if there are problems with my condo?
A. In the unlikely event that an appliance
or air conditioner fails, it will be repaired as quickly
as possible. Please report any problems at once so that
they may be corrected. Refunds are not made due to appliance
or a/c failure.

Is there free parking?
A. All of the properties that we represent
provide at least one free parking permit, and many will
allow up to two; however, the following properties allow
only one permit per condo: Bahia Mar (additional permits
at $5.00 per vehicle per extra day), Gulfpoint, Suntide
III, Aquarius, and Seville.
Q.
Can I bring my pet?
A. As much as we personally love animals,
due to contractual obligations with the individual condominium
owners, we cannot allow pets in any of the Properties that
we rent (not even goldfish.)
